Tuesday Night Classes: Full meal classes designed for beginner to intermediate level cooks, teaching basic French cuisine and local specialty dishes. Hands on learning of recipes and techniques give you the skills you need to re-create your experience at home. This class always includes a sit down meal, cheese plate, wine tasting and a dessert.
Club Cupcake: Classes in English and French for children in two afternoon groups, ages 6-9 and 10-14. This class is offered in the English language, but will also offer running commentary and assistance to native French speaking children.
Ateliers (Workshops): Themed classes that cover one dish family, technique, or subject of French gastronomy or wine. These classes are designed to immerse you, deepen a cook's general knowledge and teach a new skill - like preserving, charcuterie techniques, or traditional French home steeped liqueurs. For all levels.
Market Table: This class begins with a walking tour of one of Lyon's largest outdoor markets and includes preparation of a 5 course meal from apéro to dessert. Dishes are determined by what's available at the market that day.
