For 10 years, Lucy has been exploring the streets of Lyon, France, learning the ways of the Lyonnais food and wine scene. She has walked every neighborhood, visited every single one of Lyon's 40 outdoor markets, learned the rhythm of the city, memorized cultural event schedules, and eaten in the city's restaurants, tea houses, brasseries and cafes. She has learned the ways to get behind the scenes, and most of all, has been developing friendships with the people responsible for upholding Lyon's title as the Gastronomic capital of France.
